Saraya Deiber

Saraya earned her Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of North Dakota and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota. She is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Saraya works with clients across the lifespan and has experience supporting individuals with PTSD, Anxiety, ADHD, and other mood and emotional regulation challenges. She has a special interest and advanced training in trauma-related disorders, with clinical expertise in supporting clients who have experienced complex trauma and family disruption.

Saraya has extensive experience working with highly behavioral children, including those exhibiting aggression, emotional dysregulation, and oppositional or disruptive behaviors. Through evidence-based interventions such as PCIT and CBT, she supports children in building emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving skills while coaching parents in effective, compassionate behavior-management strategies. Saraya is committed to providing neurodivergent-affirming care and creating supportive environments that help children feel understood, build confidence, and strengthen secure parent-child connections.
