Overview

The Integrative Mental Health Clinic specializes in treating mental health conditions using alternative treatments alongside evidence-based conventional treatments. We offer a person-centered plan of care that incorporates supplements, herbs, and natural alternative treatments with pharmaceutical medications when appropriate. We focus on all factors that influence mental health and emotional well-being with an emphasis on the mind-body connection.

Treatments

We spend the time it takes to understand your mental health history and current mental health concerns. Based on your symptoms, laboratory testing may be ordered to rule out nutritional or vitamin deficiencies that can negatively impact emotional well-being. A treatment plan may include (but is not limited to): pharmaceutical medications, herbs, supplements, lifestyle modifications, breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation, and referral to psychotherapy/counseling.

Please be advised that we do not offer medical marijuana certification or Functional Medicine testing, for example: micronutrient testing, comprehensive stool testing, or food allergy testing.
